Program

Environmental and Urban Engineering


The program involves environmental and urban problem solving by performing analysis, integrated diagnosis, projects conception, technical evaluation and impact studies. The program capacitates professionals in diagnosis skills, analysis and planning intervention, investigation, consultancy and others forms of professional action in environmental systems, especially in those suffering by anthropic action. The engineer would be able to more efficiently help environmental preservation and society health and life conditions improvement. The alumni would be capacitated to work for regulatory agencies, nonprofit organizations, public sector, teaching and research, industries and consultancy. The program also involves knowledge development in sciences, technology, social and applied economics in relation to environment and regional and urban territory.
