Graduate at Chemistry from Universidade do Estado da Bahia (1998) and Doctor of Science in Physical Chemistry from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2003). Post Doctoral fellow at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-USA) 2004-2005 and Laboratório Nacional de Luz Síncrotron-LNLS-CNPEM 2006-2008. Sabatical fellow at the Université Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC-Sorbonne- Paris), LCPMR, and SOLEIL (França) in 2014. Associate Professor IV at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC)-Brazil, joined in 2008, and permanent member of the Graduate Programs in Chemistry and Physics at UFABC.Has experience in the experimental and theoretical fields of Physical Chemistry and Atomic and Molecular Physics. Focusing on the following subjects: electronic spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, photoionization, photofragmentation, electronic excitation, thermochemistry, ab initio and DFT methods. Acumulated, to date, about 100 cientific productions in several fields, with most in high impact international journals.
