Professora Adjunta na Universidade Federal do ABC (UFABC), do curso de Engenharia Biomédica. Orientadora do Programa de Pós-graduação em Engenharia Biomédica da UFABC. Pesquisadora colaboradora do Laboratório de Materiais Vítreos da Universidade Federal de São Carlos (LaMaV-UFSCar). Pesquisadora na área de Engenharia de Materiais, atuando no desenvolvimento e caracterização de Biomateriais.
Graduada em Engenharia Bioquímica pela Escola de Engenharia de Lorena da Universidade de São Paulo, em 2006. Doutora (2011) em Ciências e Engenharia de Materiais também pela Escola de Engenharia de Lorena (EEL-USP).

Lecturer of the undergraduate course and supervisor of the Post-Graduate Program in Biomedical Engineering of the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). Coordinator (2013-2016) of the undergraduate course in Biomedical Engineering (UFABC). Currently, she coordinates the Multiusers Central Facilities of São Bernardo (CEM-SBC / UFABC).She is graduated in Biochemical Engineering (2006) from the School of Engineering of Lorena, University of São Paulo (EEL-USP). She also completed a Ph.D. in Materials Science (2011), even by EEL-USP, with a project to characterize new materials for application as bone substitutes, in collaboration with the University of Aveiro / PT. She has a postdoctoral degree at the Laboratory of Vitreous Materials of the Federal University of São Carlos (LaMaV-UFSCar), with emphasis on the development of new glass-ceramic with good mechanical properties and high biocompatibility. She is doing PD in the Center of Information Technology - Renato Archer / Campinas in the theme Bioimpression and 3D Printing of structures for osteochondral tissue.Researcher in the area of #8203;#8203;Materials Engineering, working in the development and characterization of Biomaterials. Her research line is focused on materials for bone and dental restoration, such as the development of bioactive materials (glass and glass ceramics), bioglass / biopolymer composites and the mechanical and biological evaluation of new materials.
