Mathilde Julienne Gisele Champeau Ferreira

MSc in Materials Engineering (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques ENSIACET, Toulouse, France, 2010); PhD in Polymer Sciences (cotutelle between the University of Bordeaux, France and the University of Liège, Belgium, 2014); post-doctoral fellow at the Institute of Chemistry at the University of Campinas (2016). Currently Assistant Professor at the Universidade Federal do ABC, working in the Centro de Engenharia, Modelagem e Ciências Sociais Aplicadas. Her main research area concerns the modification of polymers using supercritical carbon dioxide.

She also works in 3D/4D printing of functional gels/hydrogels, focusing on developing new inks and optimizing the printing parameters to obtain high-quality structures that can change their function upon application of a stimulus for scaffold development, soft robots...
