Silvia Novaes Zilber Turri

Possuo doutorado em Administração de Empresas pela FEA/USP, e graduação em Engenharia Elétrica pela POLI/USP. Atualmente sou professora adjunta do curso de Engenharia de Gestão da Universidade Federal do ABC. Fui professora colaboradora da FEA/USP e professora titular do Programa de pós graduação strictu senso em Administração (PPGA) na Universidade 9 de Julho. Sou bolsista de extensão do CNPq e coordeno projeto financiado pela FAPESP e também pelo CNPq sobre performance da inovação e desempenho exportador de pequenas empresas , além de ter coordenado três projetos financiados pela FAPESP sobre impacto da Internet em negócios e uso de redes sociais por pequenas empresas. Participei de diversos projetos de pesquisa relacionados à área de Inovação, tais como projeto temático FAPESP - PRONEX, em parceira com o PGT/USP, o projeto GICEG, sobre internacionalização de empresas. Sou assessora científica da Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP) e da FACEPE . Sou líder do grupo de pesquisa Estratégias de Inovação no CNPq. Fui bolsista do CNPq tanto no mestrado quanto no doutorado, além de ter sido agraciada com o prêmio Sasakawa no meu período de mestrado. Avaliadora de periódicos nacionais e internacionais.Possuo artigos publicados em vários periódicos internacionais na área de Inovação e TI, além de possuir dois capítulos de livros internacionais. Meus interesses de pesquisa incluem Estratégias para Inovação, comércio eletrônico, e-business, novos modelos de negócio e aplicações estratégicas de TI.
Currently works as full professor at the Center of Engineering, Modeling and Applied Social Sciences (CECS) at Federal University of ABC (UFABC), Brazil. Silvia does research in Innovation and Strategy. Their interests cover the impact of Internet on business, including industry 4.0, transformation of supply chain by Internet, business models, startups ecosystem, strategy and innovation, innovation capacity among others. She currently coordinates a project with Financial Support by FAPESP about the role of governmental accelerators in the startups ecosystem. Other recent projects coordinated are: Local Agents of Innovation in SMEs, supported by CNPq and SEBRAE; Export performance and innovation capacity in SMEs, supported by CNPq.

Professor in Management Engineering and Coordinator of the Master's Program in Production Engineering at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC). I was a collaborating professor at FEA / USP and a full professor at the Postgraduate Program in Management (PPGA) at Universidade 9 de Julho. I was a CNPq extension scholarship holder in the Local Agents of Innovation Project (ALI), a partnership between SEBRAE / SP and CNPq. I coordinated projects financed by FAPESP on the government program for accelerating start ups, and a project financed by CNPq on innovation performance and export performance of small companies, in addition to coordinating other projects financed by FAPESP on business digital transformation and the use of social networks by companies. I was a CNPq scholarship holder for both master's and doctoral degrees, in addition to being awarded the Sasakawa award in my master's period. Evaluator of national and international journals. I have articles published in several international journals in the area of Innovation and Digital Transformation of the Value Chain, Business Models for Innovation and Innovation in Small Companies. My research interests include Strategies for Innovation, Innovation in Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, Innovative Business Models and strategic IT applications.
